B2B Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to develop and lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to strategize and execute sales initiatives effectively. This role will be instrumental in scaling our sales operations, with the potential to oversee a growing team of 40-50 sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with distributors.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and optimize performance.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to enhance the skills of sales reps.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to track progress and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or related industries.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build relationships with clients and distributors.
• Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to sales performance.
• Experience working with offshore teams is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
