Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of field experience in tree care, vegetation management, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to perform all duties and responsibilities associated with lower-level positions while serving as a leader and resource for crew members.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships with customers, utility representatives, property owners, and Arbor Resources, LLC personnel.
• Proficient in reading maps, interpreting work orders, and planning efficient routes to job sites.
• Ability to train, mentor, and coach less experienced employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work and make sound decisions in the field.
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
