We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online B2B sales presence, with a primary focus on our wholesale operations on Faire . The ideal candidate has direct experience in fashion or apparel e-commerce and possesses both operational mastery of marketplace platforms and hands-on skill with modern AI tools for image generation and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Faire Platform Operations: Manage day-to-day wholesale operations on Faire, including product catalog listings, order processing, inventory synchronization, promotional setup, and buyer communications.
• Content & Asset Creation: Utilize AI tools to generate, edit, and optimize high-quality product images, promotional banners, and compelling product descriptions.
• Storefront & Catalog Optimization: Ensure all online product listings, visual elements, and descriptions accurately showcase our apparel collections and maximize conversion rates.
• Account & Order Management: Monitor order fulfillment workflows, handle retailer inquiries, and manage catalog updates efficiently across platforms.
• Brand & Web Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams on website updates and content enhancements to drive brand visibility and growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Experience in e-commerce and online sales, preferably within fashion, apparel, or wholesale B2B environments.
• Faire Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience managing and scaling sales on the Faire platform.
• AI & Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with AI generation and editing tools (e.g., AI image creation, photo editing software, AI copywriting tools).
• Content Creation: Ability to create and optimize marketing graphics, banners, and search-optimized product text.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple products, orders, and storefront details simultaneously.

Schedule & Compensation

• Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
