Connect Systems LLC provides skilled industrial labor and installation services for manufacturing, automation, and production equipment projects. Our teams help customers install, assemble, and integrate equipment needed to get their production operations running.

We are seeking dependable, hardworking mechanical installers, electrical installers, and automation technicians who are willing to travel to project sites throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and position industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Perform mechanical assembly, installation, alignment, and equipment integration.
• Assist with industrial electrical installation, wiring, and cable routing within your training and qualifications.
• Support automation equipment installation and commissioning activities as qualified.
• Read and follow technical drawings, equipment layouts, and installation instructions.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and applicable industrial equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to complete installations on schedule.
• Follow OSHA requirements and customer-specific safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Travel to customer facilities and project locations as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial mechanical installation, electrical installation, manufacturing, or automation is preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work effectively with a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects in different states.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of industrial installation work.
• OSHA 10, forklift, scissor lift, electrical, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn may be considered.

Electrical work must be performed within the employee’s qualifications, training, and applicable licensing requirements.

Travel and Schedule

• Full-time industrial project assignments.
• Travel to customer sites throughout the United States is required.
• Work schedules and hours depend on project needs.
• Overtime may be available depending on the assignment and applicable requirements.
• Travel reimbursement, lodging, and per diem arrangements, if offered, will be explained during the hiring process.
